Saat al Istijba- Time when duas are granted.
A human is always in need of his creator. We might think, after being granted, something desperately needed, “that’s all we want”. But, our desires have no end. One wish/need leads to another. And every phase of life brings us different wants/need. And not just about this worldly life, we seek hereafter as well. And who is better than ALLAH to grant us our needs, desires and wishes.. Subhanallah!!
Did you know, ALLAH loves when his servant asks him of his needs. If you seek help or anything from a human, even if it’s our mother, they will eventually nag and become irritated. But how merciful is our Allah, not only he loves to be asked and to give his servants but Alhamdulillah, we have few blessed time slots from ALLAH, in which if a man makes dua, his/her dua is granted. One such time is, Saat al Istijba
Narrated by al-Bukhari (5295) and Muslim (852) from Abu Hurayrah who said: Abu’l-Qasim (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “On Friday there is an hour when, if a Muslim happens to pray at that time and ask Allah for something good, He will give it to him.
This hour is usually after Asr Salah and before the Maghrib prayer.
Therefore, make use of this time and make lots of dua to ALLAH. Ask for all the guidance and khair in both the world’s. To ALLAH , nothing is impossible. Therefore, don’t ever doubt or think that you are asking too much. Remember the entire ummah in your duas. Both living and dead.
