Importance of islamic education

Assalamuwalaikum wa rahmatullahi wa baraktahu..I hope ur doing well in the best state of imaan and health..In the hustle and bustle of life, somewhere, I believe we lost our true purpose. Unfortunately we are so busy for gaining high scores degree jobs etc, we rarely pay attention to our DQ (DEEN QUOTIENT)..I won’t say it’s harmful to pursue ur goals and career. Infact, it is indeed a rewarding act alhamdulilah..But forgetting Aqira, not learning & practicing deen is extremely damaging..

Sadly, we as muslims have become the kind of thinkers that gaining knowledge of Deen is only the duty of Maulana, hafiz , aalima, muftis etc..And we think that basics of Islam is Islam itself..May Allah forgive us aameen..

It saddens my heart to see and realise even for myself that we know bunch and bundles of songs but how many surahs do we know? We wakeup for meetings in the morning for gyming, we even wakeup our children for school..and sadly we don’t wakeup for fajar..We don’t miss our classes but we are okay with missing salah.. We are so lenient and ungrateful for blessing of Islam that we even drop our Ramadan fasts bcz we have exam or other irrelevant reasons.

We need to understand that learning deen, and spreading the same how much ever u can, teaching your children deen, prioritising deen, balancing both deen and duniya is important….If we don’t take our blessing of Islam, blessing of right guidance seriously, how will our future generations appreciate the same? How will our future generations stay away from the fitnah? We cannot protect our children ourselves from fitnah and sins..We are all bound to face it..Only by help of Allah and learning, educating deen we can do our best to stay away from sins and fitnah in shaa ALLAH.

Learning deen is all about priorities…Start with basics like once a week..make use of free time..read Qur’an, try to understand and memorise bits of it atleast…read beneficial books and listen beneficial lecture..Take up a course..Create the same environment for your children and families…And remember the first, very first thing that we will be questioned of is our Salah. If we don’t have seriousness of Deen, how will we understand importance of salah? How are we going to face Allah?.. Remember, we aren’t here for dunia we are here for our Aqira..

Be the best practicing muslim as you can..You are not expected by Allah to become perfect but you are expected the best efforts within your capacity…Start now before it’s too late not just for you but also for your coming generations

May allah guide us, help us and protect us aameen.. Jazakallah khair. Barakallahu feekum ✨ fiamaanillah 💗
