Well, some people think money is the key. But even the richest of richest, sleeps unrest, worrying about “what if I loose everything?”. Some people claim, the key is beauty. But even the most beautiful, ages. Some people think it’s power. But, it descends from one to another.
The recipe is simple. It is by being Thankful to ALLAH and his blessings. To be in content with what ALLAH has decreed upon us and to be patient in difficult times with a firm beleive that, Allah’s help is near. How do we know this? ALLAH mentioned in the Qur’an (14:7)-
*And remember when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more. But if you are ungrateful, surely My punishment is severe*
That’s all it takes for a Muslim to be happy- “Be thankful in every situation”. And not just happiness, Allah has promised to give us more, if we are thankful to him.. subhanallah!! No matter how one is rich or famous or beautiful or in strength, contentment is only from ALLAH.
Say “Alhamdulilah” during your good times and “Alhamdulillah ala kulli haal” in your difficult times..Remember this recipe and your life will be a dessert 🍪 (in shaa ALLAH)
